For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.  Galatians 5:13

Beccy Lanier is the newest (and favorite) member of the Service To Servants board of directors.

Bill Lanier is blessed to have Beccy as his wife and their three sons, Caleb (19), Seth (16) and Micah(9) enjoy having a godly mother who is also fun and exciting.  The Lanier’s are  members of Crossroads Community Church in Lawrenceville, Georgia where they also make their home.

Beccy operates her own home based business and she is the executive assistant to David Bearchell (also an STS board member and head of Crazy Missionary).  When we agreed that the first, last and most important activity that STS is responsible for is to pray for God’s guidance and favor, we asked who was the one person who could keep us focused on this most important of all efforts.  David said it was definitely Beccy.  She was invited to join us as our “lead prayer” and we immediately fell in love with her wonderful spirit and dedicated prayer life.  After six months as our prayer leader the board unanimously voted to elect Beccy as our 7th board member.  Rodney Edwards has said many times that he hopes God will “call him home early” just so he can hear Beccy pray at his funeral.

Beccy is also managing our growing list of U.S. and Liberian friends to ensure that we are serving them properly.  She also ensures that our weekly devotional is delivered to our Liberian friends in a timely fashion and with a single, prioritized prayer request as its cover letter.

We are truly blessed by God to have Beccy serving with us and pray that you will come to know and appreciate her as we do.
