Meeting Notes

ME, DB & RE in attendance

DB – RM is completing his daughter’s wedding in Chicago.

ME – Crown travel to Argentina and Colorado Springs was very fruitful.

RE – Things on the agenda for today’s meeting include: 1) securing a prayer team leader, 2) creating a shared contact database, 3) getting the Crown document printing effort started and 4) completing the case statement.

DB – Beccy Lanier is actively studying information about Liberia and is seriously considering taking on this responsibility. She has a heart for foreign missions, is already involved in Crazy Missionaries in this capacity and could lead this effort effectively. She is praying even now.

DB – Have a commitment from a client to host our shared database using Outlook. Will put the client’s IT person in contact with Rodney Edwards to discuss how to make this happen. Rodney will provide a clean Outlook database with only the appropriate contacts to David as a starting point.

RE – Matt, can you head up the project to determine what needs to be printed for the Liberian Crown Event, who will print it, how much it will cost and how we can get it to Monrovia?

ME – Will use his Crown contacts to get this started asap. When will the money be available?

RE – As soon as it is required it will be provided.

RE – No work completed on the case study this week (my fault). We will make this a priority for next week’s meeting.

DB – Looking at the timeline we’re pretty much on schedule other than the case study so we can work together to get that done.

ME – Closed in prayer.
